France Télécom is the national supplier of traditional telephone lines, also doing cellular telephone and Internet packages.

Domestic lines can be applied for at any branch of France Télécom's offices. Freecall: 1014.
It has a separate business line division, the Agence Professionnels. An efficient service (with many discounts and perks available to new businesses), but you must have a SIREN number to show that your business actually exists legally. Freecall: 1016.
